Return & Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with the product’s performance, you may return it for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions below.

a. Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: If we are able to resolve any technical issue through email / online support or on call support, we may not accept return in such a situation

Proof of Purchase: Returns are processed only against confirmed purchase orders that have been delivered to the customer.

b. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us:

Email us at [csdurantainfotech@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. We may ask for additional information before approving the return

Return Shipping:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including order number, and ship it to the address that will be shared with you at the time of return approval process.  You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service/ well established courier service or Speed Post only.

c. Refunds Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing Time:

Please allow 10 business days from the date of receipt of returned goods for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

d. Exchanges

Product exchange facility is not available.

e. Damaged or Defective Items

Notification:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 1 day of delivery with photos of the damage. We may ask for additional information on case-to-case basis

Resolution:

We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

f. Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
